Since its launch in 2017, Iguatemi Talks Fashion has established itself as Brazil’s most anticipated fashion event — a meeting point where the country’s fashion community comes together to discover what’s next. Over nine editions, the conference has brought to São Paulo a curated program of talks, workshops, panels, and masterclasses featuring leading creative talents, innovators, and influential voices from Brazil and around the world, spanning fashion, technology, and design.
Held annually in October at JK Iguatemi, the event brings together Brazil’s leading designers, fashion industry leaders, press, influencers, and students, both in person and via streaming. It is an unmissable gathering that sets the tone for the conversations shaping the years to come.

Andrea Viera Baptista leads the management and strategy of Patricia Viera, guiding the brand through a new phase. With a focus on business, communication and positioning, she is shaping the brand’s future while preserving its identity and distinctive DNA, bringing together heritage, innovation and continuity.

Lenny Niemeyer’s daughter, she has developed her own perspective across fashion, art and culture, balancing the brand’s heritage with a contemporary view of femininity.

A Rio de Janeiro native, 28-year-old Isabela Capeto holds a degree in Fashion Design from PUC-Rio. With an authentic and creative presence on Instagram, she brings together fashion, art and advertising. Founder of Capeto’s, she also works alongside Isabela Capeto and designed the brand’s runway show at this year’s Rio Fashion Week.

A Brazilian entrepreneur from Santa Catarina, Anderson Baumgartner founded WAY Model in 2007 and WAY Star in 2019, leading agencies representing top models and celebrities such as Alessandra Ambrosio and Tatá Werneck.

Felipe Bacellar is the co-founder of Austral, a Brazilian menswear brand founded in 2016. At the helm of the brand, he has transformed his passion for the outdoors into its DNA: a light, active lifestyle genuinely connected to nature, where fashion and sports come together.

Gabriel Sauer is the Co-CEO of SAUER, a Brazilian jewelry house known for its creative freedom and pioneering use of colored gemstones. A key figure in the brand’s rebranding, he leads its national retail expansion and international operations.

A graduate of Santa Marcelina, Helô Rocha founded Têca, where she brought together fashion, craftsmanship and Brazilian culture, working with artisans and embroiderers from Rio Grande do Norte. She later led Le Lis Blanc’s haute couture atelier and collaborated with Riachuelo. Today, she creates made-to-measure, evening and bridal gowns.

Ivan Padilla is a journalist who has worked at IstoÉ, Época Negócios, GQ Brasil, where he served as Editor-in-Chief, and VIP. He is currently the editor of Exame Casual. In 2015, he was named Journalist of the Year by the Editora Globo Awards.

Jorge Grimberg is a fashion trends expert and creative mentor, author of Vida Criativa and creator of 3 Minutos de Moda, which has surpassed 20 million views. His workshops have brought together more than 2,000 creatives, establishing him as a leading voice in Brazilian fashion, as recognized by Vogue Runway.

For 35 years, Lenny Niemeyer has translated her distinctive vision into one of the most recognized expressions of Brazilian beachwear. From her first store in Ipanema to the runways of Brazil, she has built a signature style that transcends generations.

Lilian Pacce is a curator and communicator with a master’s degree from the University of the Arts London (UAL). Her projects connect art, fashion and sustainability, with exhibitions presented at MASP and in London and Milan. She is the author of several books on fashion and a member of the BoF 500.

Manuela Bordasch is the CEO and founder of Steal The Look. Born in Porto Alegre, Brazil, she holds a degree in International Relations from ESPM. She began her career as a model at the age of 14, living in cities such as New York, Tokyo, London and Mexico City. At 19, she returned to Porto Alegre to resume her studies and pursue entrepreneurship. She chose fashion as the subject of her thesis, which led to the creation of Steal The Look — today, Brazil’s largest content platform focused on fashion, beauty and women’s lifestyle.

Maria Pernet built an 18-year career at Grupo Iguatemi, working across brand mix, retail and expansion, with a key role in the curation of brands for launches including Iguatemi, JK Iguatemi, Iguatemi Brasília, Pátio Higienópolis and Iguatemi 365. She was also the owner of Araras, a store recognized for its distinctive selection. Today, she combines strategic vision and aesthetic sensibility to develop projects, brands and connections across fashion and lifestyle.

With 30 years of experience, Marina Linhares creates residential and corporate projects guided by a deep understanding of her clients’ needs. Her company has been B Corp certified since 2023.

Patricia Viera is one of the leading names in Brazilian fashion and is renowned for transforming leather into an unmistakable creative language. At the helm of her eponymous brand, she has built a career spanning more than three decades, marked by experimentation, craftsmanship and innovation, bringing her signature to runways and markets in Brazil and abroad.

Pedro has led Piet for over a decade, the menswear brand he founded in 2012. He was the first Brazilian to be featured on the prestigious Hypebeast 100 list, which recognizes the 100 most influential creatives shaping the global fashion scene.

Penha Maia is the designer behind the brands Penha Maia and Pó de Arroz. Originally from Paraíba, she began her career in São Paulo in the mid-2000s and founded Pó de Arroz in 2010, after gaining experience across several areas of the fashion industry in the city. Focused on bridal and eveningwear, the atelier established itself within Brazilian fashion through its blend of haute couture and reimagined retro aesthetics. This journey led to the creation of Penha Maia, the designer’s more experimental and personal label, where research into shapes, structures and materials takes center stage. Her work has been worn by prominent names in the arts in Brazil and abroad, appearing on the Oscar red carpet and in magazines including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle and Glamour.

Rodrigo Latini is the co-founder and CEO of Zerezes, an eyewear brand driven by design. At the helm of the brand, he sees design as a tool created in service of people — capable of developing products that go beyond function and acquire meaning in everyday life.

Silvana Holzmeister is an independent fashion editor and lecturer. She is the author of O Estranho na Moda and Styling: Guia Básico. Her professional career includes editorial roles at L’Officiel, Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar, as well as experience in print journalism, television and radio.

Stephanie Wenk has been the Creative Director of Sauer since 2014. At the helm of the jewelry house founded by Jules Sauer in 1941, she combines a legacy of craftsmanship and pioneering work with Brazilian gemstones with a contemporary vision deeply connected to art.

With over 15 years of experience in marketing and branding, Tatiana Carvalho is COO of Steal The Look, where she leads the platform’s strategy and the connection between content, fashion, retail and consumer behavior.
